When preparing for an event or exhibition, one crucial aspect often overlooked is material handling. At Red Rock Exhibits, we prioritize transparency and clarity in ensuring your experience is seamless and successful. It's essential to understand that while we facilitate your exhibit needs, material handling falls under a separate category, directly involving your responsibilities as an exhibitor.

What is Material Handling?

Freeman serves as the exclusive provider of material handling services. This service encompasses various aspects, including unloading your exhibit materials, providing storage at their warehouse address up to 30 days before the event, delivering to your booth, handling empty containers, and managing material removal after the event.

Exhibitor Responsibility:

It's vital to note that any materials received by Freeman incur Material Handling Charges, and these are the direct responsibility of the exhibitor. This encompasses all materials, even those not procured through the Official Show Vendors.

Shipping Options:

Exhibitors have two primary shipping options for their advance freight: sending it to the warehouse or directly to the show site. Material handling charges are automatically applied upon receipt of each shipment.

Crucial Points to Consider:

• Certified Weight Tickets: All shipments must be accompanied by certified weight tickets.

• Disposal of Exhibit Properties: Material handling charges do not cover the disposal of exhibit properties. Exhibitors must contact Freeman for rates and regulations regarding exhibit property disposal.

Warehouse Guidelines:

Please be aware that certain restrictions apply at the Freeman warehouse. They do not accept uncrated freight, COD shipments, hazardous materials, refrigerated items, single pieces over 5,000 pounds, or items beyond specific dimensions.

Show Site Charges:

Charges incurred due to early freight acceptance by the facility are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
